THE CHALLENGE
VHFA is a nonprofit that provides affordable, safe and decent housing opportunities for low and moderate-income Vermonters. VHFA was in need of fresh, new campaign creative to spread awareness of their mission and bring in new customers.

STRATEGY
Before embarking on our creative journey we had an in-depth conversation with VHFA about their goals for this particular campaign. They were looking to reach an audience of first-time home buyers with a campaign concept of pride in homeownership. Pinnacle worked closely with VHFA to craft campaign messaging including verbiage and visuals.
PHOTOGRAPHY & DESIGN
We set up a photo shoot with actual VHFA customers to establish an authentic feel, featuring real Vermonters in their new home. Now that we had authentic imagery and catchy verbiage we combined these along with elements of their existing branding to achieve the final campaign designs. These ads were featured in print, as well as digital display ads in media outlets across northern Vermont.
